Hi, I'm Marc. This tumblr is about Japanese photography and all things related. I also have a blog, eyecurious, for more elaborate photographic musings, exhibition and book reviews, etc. You can find out more about my projects here.
Mole & Thomas, Human Statue of Liberty, 18,000 officers and men at Camp Dodge, Des Moines, Iowa (ca. 1917-1918).
Mole & Thomas’ insanely ambitious and complicated ‘living photographs’ are featuring in a new exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo, Spy Numbers. A mixed bag (as always with PdT), it is worth going just for these human sculptures.
